This Privacy Policy explains how KettuPlay Oy ("we," "us," or "our"), a Finnish company, collects, uses, and protects information when you or your child plays our mobile games (the "Games") or visits kettuplay.com.
Our Games are made especially for young children. We designed them from the ground up to collect as little data as possible — in most cases, zero personal data.
In plain words:
No ads ✓ No analytics ✓ No tracking ✓ No accounts ✓ No personal information from kids ever.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect almost nothing. Here's the full truth:
- Personal information (name, email, age, photos, etc.) → No
- Accounts or sign-ins → No
- In-app purchases → Only a yes/no confirmation from Apple/Google (we never see payment details or names)
- Analytics or tracking → Completely disabled
- Advertising IDs → No ads at all
- Technical data (device model, OS version, crash reports) → Minimal, anonymized, and only what Unity and the app stores automatically send to keep the game running and bug-free. This data cannot identify your child.
Why This Tiny Amount of Technical Data?
Only to:
- Make the game start and run smoothly
- Unlock paid content after a purchase
- Fix crashes and improve the games
- Meet the basic technical requirements of Apple and Google
Children's Privacy – We Follow COPPA, GDPR-K, and Similar Laws Worldwide
Our Games are intentionally designed not to collect any personal information from children of any age.
Because we never collect personal data, we never need parental consent under COPPA or GDPR-K.
If (somehow) we ever receive personal information about a child, we will delete it immediately.
Parents: you can contact us at any time to confirm we hold no data about your child or to request deletion of anything related to your device.
Who Do We Share Data With?
Only with:
- Apple and Google – for purchase processing and basic store functions
- Unity Technologies – minimal anonymized crash/technical data
We do not sell data. We do not share with advertisers, marketers, or any third parties beyond the two above.
Data Retention & Deletion
Technical logs are automatically deleted within weeks. Purchase records are kept only as long as needed for tax/app-store rules. Everything else: nothing to keep.
You can ask us to delete everything at any time — we'll do it immediately.
Your (and Your Child's) Rights
You have the right to:
- Know exactly what (if anything) we hold
- Have it deleted instantly
- Withdraw any consent (though we never ask for any)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

International Data Transfers
Some technical data may be processed in the United States by Unity, Apple, or Google. These companies are bound by strict privacy standards and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use industry-standard protections for the very little data we receive.
