These Terms of Service are a simple, fair, and child-friendly agreement between you (or your parent/legal guardian) and KettuPlay Oy, a company registered in Finland (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

Our Games are made primarily for children and contain no ads, no user accounts, and all one-time purchases (content unlocks) are protected by a required parent gate.

By downloading, installing, or playing any of our Games, or by visiting kettuplay.com, you agree to these Terms.

If you are a child (usually under 13 in many countries, or under the age of majority in your country), your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any major changes by posting the new version on our website and, when possible, through the app stores. Your continued use of the Games after the changes means you (or your parent) accept the new terms.

3. What You Can and Cannot Do

You may:

Install and play our Games on your personal devices.
Make in-app purchases (if any) only through the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You must not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Games.
Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized tools.
Try to harm the Games or other players in any way.

4. In-App Purchases & Refunds

The Games contain only a single, non-consumable purchase (a one-time payment to unlock premium content). This purchase is protected by a parent gate.

All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment information.
Non-consumable purchases (e.g., unlocking premium content) are yours forever on the same account.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we will always try to help if something went wrong — just write to us.

5. Privacy & Data

6. Intellectual Property

Everything in the Games (art, music, code, characters, etc.) belongs to KettuPlay Oy or its licensors. You get a limited right to use it only for personal, non-commercial fun.

7. Termination

We hope this never happens, but we may stop providing the Games or restrict access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. We will always try to give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue first (except in cases of clear abuse or legal requirement). You can stop using the Games at any time by simply deleting them.

8. No Warranties – "As Is"

Our Games are provided "as is." We do our best to make them fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise they will always work perfectly on every device or that there will never be a glitch. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. In some jurisdictions (including EU countries) such limitations are not allowed with respect to consumers, and this limitation will not apply to you where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, where KettuPlay Oy is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland, but you still retain all consumer rights provided by the mandatory laws of your country of residence (especially if you live in the EU/EEA).
